NL-2026-8082761 “Eijerkamp Grizzle” is a grizzle hen bred by J.M. Laban, combining H. & E.J. Eijerkamp breeding with the performance-rich G. Den Houdijker family. She is a daughter of “Tucker”, NL-2025-1095786, bred by H. & E.J. Eijerkamp, and “Houdini”, NL-2021-1193399, bred by G. Den Houdijker.

Her dam provides a particularly compelling breeding reference: Houdini is the mother of the pigeon placed 2nd in the Algarve OLR semifinal in 2026. Houdini is also a sister to “7777”, whose distinctions include 1st Young Ace Pigeon CC Zuid-Holland Oost and 3rd National NPO Ace Pigeon in 2020. These are family achievements, bringing both one-loft performance and ace-pigeon quality into the supporting pedigree.

The paternal family includes “Lovebird”, NL-2022-8228735, recorded as a full brother to the 3rd National PIPA Young Ace Pigeon of 2021. Further depth comes from the Heremans-Ceusters-bred “Platinum Euro”, the Leideman-bred “Bor” and the Eijerkamp hen “Ramisha”. Bor achieved 2nd Provincial Venlo against 4,429 pigeons, while Ramisha bred a 1st Tienen winner against 1,050 pigeons.

The Den Houdijker family adds another substantial racing reference in “Herbert”, NL-2016-1524398, winner of 1st Peronne against 3,518 pigeons and 2nd Quievrain against 2,024 pigeons. An attractive grizzle hen whose appeal rests on a documented combination of successful breeding, national ace-pigeon relatives and strong race performances across both sides of her family.
