The central attraction is its close connection to “Charles”, the original Janssen Brothers cock described in the pedigree as the No. 1 Janssen producer in the Beverdam loft.
The sire, “Golden Charles - 019” — NL-2021-1743362, was bred by Herman Beverdam from “Charles” and “Schalie 019” — NL-2014-1587490. This makes “023” a grandchild of “Charles” (BE-2011-6341638), bred directly by the Janssen Brothers at Arendonk from “Septemberman” × “Dochter Princes”. The paternal grandmother, “Schalie 019”, is recorded as an inbred 019 Janssen foundation hen at Beverdam. Her parents, “Inteelt Stier 899” and “Super 019 Duifke”, add further documented Merckx and 019 connections to this branch.

Payment Instructions:
After the auction closes (within 24 hours), the winning bidder will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and payment instructions. Please note that the total bid amount will be increased by the applicable VAT (11%).
Collection:
Collection from AviRings is possible after payment during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your purchased pigeon(s) collected by another person (such as a friend, acquaintance, or transporter), please inform us in advance via email at info@avirings.com.
Shipping:
Shipment is possible after payment has been received. Transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Transport Options:
In November, we will organize pigeon transport to Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia. The transport cost will depend on the number of pigeons, approximately €10–15 per pigeon. Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 28–29), or one day prior in the Netherlands and Belgium.
