A solid auction candidate with documented performance across derby racing and overall standings.

ARI 090 — RO-2026-0472090, bred by Ariciu Catalin, combines documented one-loft racing performance with outstanding full-brother results and repeated connections to Jörg Hallmann’s Romario family. The pedigree also brings in Thomas 6 through the Ganus Family Loft branch.

The headline attraction is the quality of the full brothers:

  • RO 24-0507006: 1st Ace Pigeon, OLR VIP Academy 2024, from an initial entry of 1,111 pigeons; also 2nd in the 334 km semi-final and 21st in the 409 km final. This combination of an ace title and leading stage performance is powerful evidence for the parental pairing.
  • RO 23-0416910: 12th in the 520 km Avirings Derby Race final in 2023 against 826 pigeons. His breeding record adds further appeal: he is the father of the 6th-place finisher in the OLR Avirings final in 2025.

ARI 090’s own recorded result is 226th in Final (3), OLR Derby Avirings 2026, over 520 km against 998 pigeons.

The sire is NEW BENJAMIN, RO-2022-0633267, bred by Marius Constantin, a son of Jörg Hallmann’s BENJAMIN FRANKLIN and ROMINA. Romina won 2nd in the 505 km Balkanic Fair Play final in 2021. Benjamin Franklin traces directly to Romario through his sire, BENJAMIN, a documented son of Romario.

The dam, PRINCESS THOMAS, RO-2022-0924979, was bred by Ariciu Catalin from COPY ROMARIO and DAUGHTER THOMAS 6. Through this maternal grandmother, ARI 090 is a great-grandchild of THOMAS 6, DV-2018-01696-6, winner of the 2018 Golden Algarve Race over 505 km, 24 minutes ahead of the second pigeon. Daughter Thomas 6 is out of GOLDEN JEWELS, a direct daughter of ROMARIO, DV-2006-03801-338, giving ARI 090 another clearly documented route to that breeder.

A compelling family-based auction prospect: an ace-winning full brother, a second full brother with both final-race and breeding credentials, and a pedigree uniting Romario and Thomas 6 with close-family one-loft results.

Ariciu Catalin + Teo&Vlad have built a strong AviRings OLR profile, highlighted by 1st place in AviRings Derby 2024 Race 3 from 250 km against 1,784 pigeons. In AviRings Derby PRO 2026, RO-2026-0472048 delivered 2nd from 2,693 pigeons in Race 1 and 7th from 2,417 pigeons in Race 3. Their 2023 campaign also produced major distance results, including 5th in the Ultimate 600 Race, 12th in the Final Race, and 15th in the Semi-final. In overall competitions, they recorded 2nd in the AviRings “3 races” Cup 2023, 5th Average Speed 2023, 8th AviRings Ace Pigeon 2023, and 2nd in Champion of the Nations 2026.
