“BBS” — RO-2026-0472056, a cock bred by Ariciu Catalin, combines his own Derby Avirings performances with outstanding close-family one-loft results. The headline attraction is his status as a full brother to “Super Star”, 1st Ace Pigeon at OLR Superstar W. 2023/24, from a competition recording 4,935 pigeons and 801 fanciers.
BBS himself recorded 79th in Final 2 over 500 km against 1,161 pigeons at OLR Derby Avirings, followed by 267th in Final 3 over 520 km against 998 pigeons in 2026.
He is a son of “BB 617” — NL-2022-8006617, bred by Pieter Veenstra, and “15 Ace Speed” — RO-2022-1210068, bred by Ariciu Catalin. This is the same parental pairing that produced Super Star. His sire is also recorded as the father of “Campeona”, winner of Final 2 over 500 km against 1,899 pigeons and 3rd General Ace Pigeon against 3,355 pigeons at Derby Carmelo Yupi 2025/26—further evidence of the sire’s breeding strength.
The paternal grandparents bring exceptional individual credentials. “Son Sister RF” — NL-2020-1007292, bred by Pieter Veenstra, finished 12th in the 530 km Pattaya International final against 3,653 pigeons in 2021. His mate, Ken Easley’s “BB 8” — AU EASL-18-8839, was the 2019 SAMDPR Knock Out winner from an initial entry of 5,505 pigeons and placed 5th in the final against 2,531 pigeons.
On the maternal side, BBS is a grandson of “Queen Algarve” — GB-2021-N66146, bred by Brother Syndicate and credited with 2nd in the 486 km Algarve Great Derby final against 1,074 pigeons in 2022. The wider pedigree adds documented Ganus Family Loft ancestry through “Mix” and “Sylt Orpheus”, alongside Chris Hebberecht, Jörg Hallmann and Jan Hooymans-bred ancestors.

Payment Instructions:
After the auction closes (within 24 hours), the winning bidder will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and payment instructions. Please note that the total bid amount will be increased by the applicable VAT (11%).
Collection:
Collection from AviRings is possible after payment during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your purchased pigeon(s) collected by another person (such as a friend, acquaintance, or transporter), please inform us in advance via email at info@avirings.com.
Shipping:
Shipment is possible after payment has been received. Transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Transport Options:
In November, we will organize pigeon transport to Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia. The transport cost will depend on the number of pigeons, approximately €10–15 per pigeon. Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 28–29), or one day prior in the Netherlands and Belgium.
