BE-2026-4013341 — national-class Patrick Vervloesem ancestry paired with Pitske, full sister to Sagan and a proven producer of successful racers and breeders. Bred by Van den Abbeel–Peleman, this pigeon brings together documented long-distance performance on the paternal side and a productive KBDB ace-pigeon family on the maternal side.
The father, BE-2024-6010783, bred by Patrick Vervloesem, is a direct son of De 5000 × Siska. These two paternal grandparents provide outstanding performance credentials:
- De 5000, BE-2017-6045000: 2nd National Libourne against 4,605 pigeons, with 1st National Zone against 1,255 pigeons. He also recorded 73rd National Aurillac against 3,886 pigeons.
- Siska, BE-2018-6124128: 4th National Ace Pigeon, long distance, over six national KBDB races in 2020.
The mother, Pitske, BE-2018-4002159, is a full sister to Sagan, 1st National Ace Pigeon, young birds, longer middle distance, over four KBDB races in 2017. Pitske and Sagan share the Gevaert-Lannoo cock BE-2015-2248098 and the hen BE-2016-4176376 as parents. This close connection to Sagan is reinforced by Pitske’s own documented breeding record:
- Mother of 495/19, 3rd Provincial Ace Pigeon, middle distance, KBDB, also described as a top breeder.
- Grandmother of 518/22, 6th National Ace Pigeon, all-round young birds, KBDB 2022.
- Grandmother of a pigeon ranked 1st Provincial and 7th National Ace Pigeon, sprint, KBDB 2023.
- Mother of 357/20 and 358/20, both recorded as top breeders at Nechelput–Cornet.
Further depth comes from the direct great-grandmother Centerfold, BE-2012-6218618, bred by Cleirbaut–Van Riet and winner of 1st IP Blois against 2,077 pigeons. An appealing pedigree for breeders seeking the combination of national long-distance credentials and a maternal family producing ace-pigeon performers across generations.
