A609-26-308 — bred by Gratzer - Racing Pigeons from two AviRings Derby performers. This 2026 pigeon combines Wim & Benno Klomp ancestry with a maternal family carrying repeated Prange influence and documented one-loft racing results.

The dam, A609-23-304, won 86th prize in the 600 km Ultimate Final at the 2023 AviRings Derby. The sire, NL-23-9166364, bred by Wim & Benno Klomp, took 400th prize in the same derby’s 521 km final. These performances give the pedigree direct parental evidence at both 521 and 600 km.

The maternal family adds notable ace-pigeon and cup credentials. Maternal grandfather A609-22-681 is a half-brother to A609-25-318, recorded as 8th Ace Pigeon and 7th in the 3x500km-Cup at the 2025 AviRings Derby. His brother, identified in the pedigree as “318”, also won 72nd prize in the 520 km final of the 2022 AviRings Derby.

The Prange-bred cock DV01233-17-1676 appears through both maternal grandparents and is also the recorded sire of A609-25-318. This repeated ancestor provides a clear breeding connection to the 2025 ace-pigeon performer. The maternal pedigree also includes Slavko Kutlesa breeding through A319-20-560.

On the sire’s side, the Klomp pedigree records a connection to the 1st International Barcelona line through NL-14-1593051, alongside a Kroonprins connection through NL-12-1219425. Together, these branches offer an appealing blend of documented distance ancestry and AviRings family performance, with the dam’s 600 km Ultimate Final result as the leading close-family credential.
