DV 5425-25-1007 — a blue cock bred by Markus Wiesnet, combining Hallmann’s ROMARIO family with Rapoński, Ganus Family Loft and Ad Schaerlaeckens ancestry. His strongest selling point is the documented breeding success of two brothers: one sired the Kalimanci winner and 1st Ace Pigeon, while another sired the Kalimanci runner-up.
Outstanding results from the brothers’ offspring:
- Brother 5425-23-411 is the father of TR-24-45-1913, winner at Kalimanci 2024 and 1st Ace Pigeon against 2,449 pigeons.
- Brother 5057-23-199 is the father of TR-24-45-1902, credited with 2nd place at Kalimanci.
His sire, DV 3801-22-0107, “SOHN Benjamin”, bred by Jörg Hallmann, adds further evidence of family breeding strength. His offspring include 6496-23-219, winner of the CITY ROYAL semifinal over 370 km against 166 pigeons, followed by 37th in the 440 km final. Another offspring, 5425-23-257, recorded 64th in the 510 km Talent final and 15th Ace Pigeon against 1,800 pigeons.
ROMARIO is a verified direct ancestor, not simply a name in the bloodline description. This cock is a grandson of “Benjamin” and therefore a great-grandson of ROMARIO, DV 3801-06-0338, on his paternal side. The same foundation pair—ROMARIO and DV 7924-08-0367—appears again through his maternal great-grandmother “Rocsana,” Benjamin’s full sister. His paternal grandmother, DV 3801-19-1104, was acquired as an egg from Ad Schaerlaeckens.
His dam, DV 3801-22-0105, “DIE 105”, combines Hallmann and Rapoński breeding. Her dam “Arabella” is a daughter of “Sun City Magic,” US 18-0000102, the documented full brother of “Laura,” 1st SAMDPR 2016. The maternal line also includes the direct great-grandmother BG 19-0029418, “Tochter Julia”, which achieved 57th in the Kalimanci final against 1,787 pigeons.
A pedigree-led breeding prospect with repeated ROMARIO ancestry and particularly compelling evidence from two brothers whose offspring excelled at Kalimanci.
