HIGHLANDER 26-1455 — ABIG-26-1455 is a chequer pigeon bred by Tamara and Uwe Wollitzer, Wings to fly. Combining the documented one-loft racing credentials of Italian Stallion with the Koffler/Kossow family behind Lady Sky, this pedigree brings together international ace-pigeon performance and breeding results across several competitions.

The sire, Italian Stallion, SLO-2022-107-11533, was 15th International Ace Pigeon, Milan Best 2023, with 12th in the third race and 34th in the final. His pedigree also explicitly records him as a sibling to the 1st German Ace Pigeon at Milan Best Winter 2022, adding further performance evidence from his immediate family.

A major strength of the paternal family is the breeding record associated with HIGHLANDER 1952 and Kleine Tami. HIGHLANDER 1952, SU-2017-CA-1952, was bred by Peter Keogh of Scotland; Kleine Tami, 02241-20-288, was bred by Uwe Wollitzer. Both are credited in the pedigree with offspring recording:

  • 10th Long-Distance Ace Pigeon, As Golden OLR 2025.
  • 8th in the 326 km semifinal and 21st in the 443 km final at As Golden Greece.
  • 11th and 18th in the individual ace-pigeon rankings at the 2024 World Championship.

This paternal branch also includes BLACK POWER 799, bred by Helmut Klaas and Son, and the Rudi Diels-bred BLUE SKY, giving the pedigree identifiable connections beyond the Wollitzer breeding loft.

The dam, Lady Sky, 02176-24-580, is a grizzle hen bred by Skydiver Uwe Tubach. Her family includes the Koffler/Kossow cock MATZE 56, 02117-20-56, credited with five prizes from six races as a youngster and eleven prizes from thirteen races as a yearling. With international one-loft results on the sire's side and consistent racing performance in the dam's family, HIGHLANDER 26-1455 offers a performance-backed pedigree for buyers seeking to strengthen an OLR-focused breeding programme.

Big Andy + Uwe Wollitzer have delivered standout AviRings Derby PRO performances, led by 4th of 2,206 pigeons from 405 km in Race 5 2026 with AU-2026-BIG-1478. Their 2026 final-stage results include 9th of 1,790 from 501 km with AU-2026-BIG-1456 and 10th of 1,161 from 501 km with AU-2026-BIG-1455. In the 2026 competition rankings, AU-2026-BIG-1477 placed 9th Ace Pigeon New, 16th Average Speed and 2nd in Champion of the Nations. The loft also proved its distance consistency in 2025, with AU-2025-BIG-398 taking 4th in the 3x500 competition.
