GR-2026-1023009 — 'Gaby x Armando' is a blue hen bred by G. & D. Aslanidis, combining a documented 100% Gaby Vandenabeele paternal line with direct descent from Joel Verschoot’s Armando. A great-granddaughter of both Armando and Super Romeo, she brings together national ace-pigeon quality and recorded breeding success.
Her mother, Royala Armando 95 (BELG-2021-2130695), was bred by Herbots Gebr and is credited in the pedigree with two 1st Federation Ace titles among her offspring. She is a daughter of Royal Armando, himself a direct son of Armando (BE-2014-3004610) paired to the Gaby Vandenabeele hen Sister Gloria. Armando’s recorded achievements include 1st National Ace Pigeon, long distance, old birds, 2018, 3rd National Ace Pigeon KBDB, long distance, old birds, 2017, and 1st National Angoulême.
The sire, BELG-2019-2131461, was also bred by Herbots Gebr and is recorded as 100% Gaby Vandenabeele. He is a son of Glory Years × Killy, both bred by Gaby Vandenabeele. Glory Years is a direct son of Super Romeo, 1st National Ace Pigeon KBDB, long distance, yearlings, 2013. Both Glory Years and Killy are credited with breeding a pigeon placed 22nd IProv Bourges against 1,305 pigeons.
Killy adds further depth as a daughter of Billy, 4th National Bourges against 27,506 pigeons, and Double Bliksem, explicitly recorded as inbred to Bliksem. Killy is also described as a granddaughter of Rudy. This is an appealing Vandenabeele–Armando combination, supported by major ancestral performances and, importantly, ace-pigeon breeding results from the offered hen’s own mother.

Payment Instructions:
After the auction closes (within 24 hours), the winning bidder will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and payment instructions. Please note that the total bid amount will be increased by the applicable VAT (11%).
Collection:
Collection from AviRings is possible after payment during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your purchased pigeon(s) collected by another person (such as a friend, acquaintance, or transporter), please inform us in advance via email at info@avirings.com.
Shipping:
Shipment is possible after payment has been received. Transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Transport Options:
In November, we will organize pigeon transport to Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia. The transport cost will depend on the number of pigeons, approximately €10–15 per pigeon. Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 28–29), or one day prior in the Netherlands and Belgium.
