NL-2026-8149803 is a blue pigeon bred by Simon van der Werve, combining Peter Nuyts breeding with the performance-backed Graumans family and an additional R. Beens connection.

The sire is “Nuyts doffer” BE-2020-6192108, bred by Peter Nuyts and recorded as a gift from Ad Schaerlaeckens. His breeding record provides a strong selling point: he also bred “23-282”, winner of 1st Quievrain against 270 pigeons, taking 6th in Afdeling 2 against 15,983 pigeons in the same race. This is close-family evidence of competitive ability against a substantial field.

The dam, “Mooie Graumans” NL-2024-8462575, was bred by Comb. Graumans and is described as the last youngster of “068”. The Graumans branch features NL-2014-1136068, recorded as a one-day long-distance pigeon with results including 1st Bourges against 56 pigeons, 3rd Nanteuil against 129 and 74th Morlincou against 4,135. Further depth comes from NL-2006-1169983, whose performances include 52nd Argenton against 7,638 pigeons and 2nd Bourges against 154.

The dam’s recorded family also includes NL-2021-1251368, bred by R. Beens and noted as loaned from him. An appealing pedigree combination, bringing together a sire with documented winning offspring and a Graumans branch supported by results across several generations.

Simon van der Werve has shown strong credibility in the AviRings Derby PRO, led by NL-2025-1339972 with 5th place from 1,230 pigeons over 405 km in 2025. The same pigeon also scored 16th from 2,101 pigeons over 110 km and 25th from 1,922 pigeons over 240 km, finishing 85th in the AviRings Ace Pigeon ranking. Another notable result came with NL-2025-1339975, taking 95th from 1,034 pigeons in the 509 km Final race. In 2026, NL-2026-8149803 added further endurance value with solid 501 km final performances and 265th in the 3x500 competition.
