NEHU-26-ST 1040 is a blue-bar pigeon bred by Neil Pratt, combining a documented 501 km performance with the breeding of Eastbourne winner “Icey” and a dam carrying recorded S. Verhestraeten bloodlines.
Competing for Bokhara Team in the 2026 AviRings Derby Pro, this pigeon achieved 54th against 1,160 pigeons over 501 km—the standout result among its three recorded races at 501–520 km.
Its sire, “Icey” (NL-2023-9197692), bred by J. van Ackooy, delivered an impressive Eastbourne performance over 460 km: 1st Federation against 436 pigeons, 1st Section against 2,115 pigeons and 16th Combine against 9,120 pigeons. These are three rankings from the same race, providing clear evidence of the sire’s competitive quality.
The dam, NL-2023-9293360, was bred by Pigeon-World and is recorded as carrying S. Verhestraeten breeding. The pedigree also identifies BE-2020-6111140, bred by Sylvain Verhestraete, as a son of “Pichanel”, adding a documented connection to that breeding line.
Further breeding strength is recorded through the N. Ory hen NL-2020-1361327, credited as mother of performers achieving 9th NPO Vierzon against 2,330 pigeons, 13th Pontoise against 8,037, 62nd Pithiviers against 3,890 and 25th Fontenay against 1,385. Together, these results support an appealing pedigree built around competitive racing and documented family performance.

Payment Instructions:
After the auction closes (within 24 hours), the winning bidder will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and payment instructions. Please note that the total bid amount will be increased by the applicable VAT (11%).
Collection:
Collection from AviRings is possible after payment during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your purchased pigeon(s) collected by another person (such as a friend, acquaintance, or transporter), please inform us in advance via email at info@avirings.com.
Shipping:
Shipment is possible after payment has been received. Transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Transport Options:
In November, we will organize pigeon transport to Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia. The transport cost will depend on the number of pigeons, approximately €10–15 per pigeon. Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 28–29), or one day prior in the Netherlands and Belgium.
