0340-26-943 — a chequer hen bred by Thomas Pahnke, combining her own Avi Rings results with a pedigree featuring Panter Monkey, Red Monkey and Victoria Winner. She is a daughter of PIPA Breeding’s Brother Panter Monkey and Hans-Paul Eßer’s AviRings 4430, a strong final-race performer in her own right.
Her recorded performances include 52nd in R2 against 2,471 pigeons and 128th in R4 against 2,313 pigeons. These results complement a family background rich in documented one-loft racing performances.
Her mother, AviRings 4430, 05369-24-4430, finished 36th in the 520 km AviRings final against 1,264 pigeons in 2024. The maternal grandmother, Kannibaaltje, bred by Amigos de Alverca, was 3rd in the Derby Riachos final in 2020 and is also recorded as mother of the pigeon placed 46th in the 2021 Golden Algarve final.
The sire, BE-2024-4173840, is explicitly recorded as a full brother to Panter Monkey, whose record includes 2nd Super Ace and 2nd Grand Average in 2021, plus 10th in a 600 km final against 1,555 pigeons. Panter Monkey also bred offspring achieving 4th Ace and 9th in the South-Bulgaria OLR final in 2022—valuable collateral evidence of breeding strength.
Through her paternal grandmother, Mike Ganus’s Victoria Nuber 1, this hen is a great-granddaughter of both Red Monkey, 1st in the VFWCPR final in 2018, and Victoria Winner, 1st in the VFWCPR final in 2017. Red Monkey is additionally recorded as a grandson of Wolverine.
The maternal pedigree adds another accomplished great-grandmother: Peter Witta’s Sunny, winner of 1st REG Osterhofen against 4,528 pigeons over 524 km and 1st REG Parsberg against 3,568 pigeons over 417 km. An appealing combination of personal race results, a high-placing final-race mother and winning direct ancestors.
