DV 01903-26-622 is a dark-coloured 2026 pigeon combining the Fröhlingsdorf family with Schulz/Grundmeier bloodlines and a documented Vandenabeele connection. Its appeal centres on a dam with AVIRINGS one-loft race experience and a pedigree featuring repeated winners and RV ace-pigeon honours.
The sire, “Der 500” — DV 01903-25-500 — is the last son of the foundation hen “911”. Both paternal grandparents are recorded as original Fröhlingsdorf pigeons: DV 03318-19-840, a son of “Feuerauge”, and DV 03318-16-911, a daughter of “Josef”. This brings two particularly attractive performers together in the paternal ancestry.
The dam, DV 03324-25-154, represents Schulz/Grundmeier. The pedigree credits her with very good performances at AVIRINGS OLR in 2025, including three 500 km races. She is a granddaughter of both “Pokerface” and “Katze AS 84”, giving the offered pigeon direct descent from these documented performers.
- “Josef” — DV 06833-08-197: paternal great-grandsire, credited with six 1st prizes and four 2nd prizes.
- “Feuerauge” — DV 0666-15-185: paternal great-granddam, bred by F. Grundmeier; best RV young bird in 2015, with five prizes from five races and 389 ace points.
- “Pokerface” — DV 02910-10-26: maternal great-grandsire from the Helmut Schulz family; best yearling cock in RV Münster in 2011.
- “Katze AS 84” — DV 09861-12-84: maternal great-grandsire, recording 1st against 4,142 pigeons and 2nd against 1,226 pigeons.
- DV 0666-13-3271: maternal great-granddam associated with F. Grundmeier, credited with two 1st prizes and a 3rd prize in 2013.
The paternal pedigree also includes “Blaue Bliksem 413” — DV 04734-14-413, the Vandenabeele hen recorded as the mother of foundation hen “911”. An appealing family-based offering, bringing together a dam with repeated 500 km experience, multiple race winners and two RV category leaders within three generations.
