SK-2026-0999-7255 “ROMULINHO” is a chequer pigeon bred by Milan Blahovský, combining documented Algarve Golden Race performances with Slovak ace-pigeon quality. At the heart of the pedigree is a double connection to the pairing of “ROMULUS” × “The First Lady”, represented through both the paternal grandfather and maternal grandmother.
Both parents have recorded Algarve final results. The sire, “ROMULUS 117” (SK-2022-0802-117), finished 236th in the Algarve Pigeons Golden Race final in 2022, as recorded in his father's pedigree box. He is also a full brother to “ROMULUS 69”, which finished 343rd in the 2021 Algarve final against 4,565 pigeons.
The dam, “ROMULUS 601” (SK-2023-0802-601), achieved 282nd in the 2023 Algarve Golden Race final against 3,175 pigeons. Her close-family results are a major attraction: she is a full sister to “ROMULUS 114”, 57th in the 2022 final against 3,622 pigeons, and nest sister to “ROMULUS 602”, 48th Ace Pigeon Algarve Golden Race 2023. These performances provide valuable supporting evidence for the breeding quality of the maternal family.
Ace-pigeon credentials reinforce both sides:
- Paternal grandmother SK-2018-02302-529: 7th Ace Pigeon, SK Sport G, 2019, with 26 prizes recorded across 2019–2021.
- Maternal grandfather “KANTE” (SK-2020-02302-1701): 9th Slovak Ace Pigeon, short distance, 2021, and 10th Slovak Ace Pigeon, Sport A, 2022, supported by 23 prizes within the top 20% during 2020–2022.
The repeated foundation cock “ROMULUS” (SK-2002-23-2777) is recorded as a winner at the 2005 national exhibition in Nitra. His partner, “The First Lady” (PL-2012-034-2717), was bred by A. & W. Handerek from a D. Van Dyck cock and a Handerek hen. Further depth comes through the paternal grandmother's ancestry, which includes a pigeon explicitly recorded as 100% Rauw Sablon–Aelbrecht and a hen bred by Marcel Aelbrecht. Payment Instructions:
After the auction closes (within 24 hours), the winning bidder will receive an email with a purchase confirmation and payment instructions. Please note that the total bid amount will be increased by the applicable VAT (11%).
Collection:
Collection from AviRings is possible after payment during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you wish to have your purchased pigeon(s) collected by another person (such as a friend, acquaintance, or transporter), please inform us in advance via email at info@avirings.com.
Shipping:
Shipment is possible after payment has been received. Transport costs are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Transport Options:
In November, we will organize pigeon transport to Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia. The transport cost will depend on the number of pigeons, approximately €10–15 per pigeon. Pigeons can also be collected at the Kassel Fair in Germany (November 28–29), or one day prior in the Netherlands and Belgium.
